Energy Resource Group is composed of seasoned professionals. The current team has been marketing energy efficient solutions throughout Arizona for quite some time. Energy Resource Group was founded by the husband and wife team of Bob and Charmaine Dame, who together have over 30 years in the management of technology related businesses.

Charmaine is a LEED Accredited Professional and is extremely knowledgeable on energy and efficiency design of new and current structures. Ava Andrews brings years of marketing to the equation. Ava has numerous years in technology sales and has perfected a "relationship" method with her clients. Sr. Mary Elizabeth Lawrence is a Certified Energy Auditor and brings years of experience as our marketing representative. Susan Marchese-Ryan has valuable experience in business development. The Office Administrator is Clair Nottingham. Clair has several years performing virtually every function of office administration.
