Who is Energy Resource Group

Energy Resource Group is composed of seasoned professionals. The current team has been marketing energy efficient solutions throughout Arizona for quite some time. Energy Resource Group is led by the husband and wife team of Bob and Charmaine Dame. Bob has over 30 years in the management of technology related businesses. Charmaine is extremely knowledgeable on energy and efficiency design of new and current structures.

Bob served as Information Service Director for a large Pulp Mill, was a partner in a large computer service bureau, Vice-president of a regional computer retailer specializing in Networking and Business Management systems, and recently spent 8 years as the Superintendent of Administration for a Unisource Energy, Inc. subsidiary, Southwest Energy Solutions. Charmaine is very involved in numerous community activities and groups. The Director of Technology is Dustin Dame. Dustin brings a keen inside look at the government and energy regulations. Loren Dame adds engineering expertise to the team. Loren has years of experience in the engineering field. The Office Administrator is Gina Guzman. Gina has several years performing virtually every function of office administration. Ava Andrews brings years of marketing to the equation. Ava has had numerous years in technology sales and has perfected a "relationship" method to her sales.
